What happens if the weather cancels my flight?

Tandem flight cancelled for weather: full refund, or a slot on any other day you are in the country, whichever you prefer. No deposit is kept and there is nothing to argue about.
Multi-day pilot programmes work differently because the cost is committed in advance. A programme that runs but flies fewer days than hoped is not refundable — that is the nature of buying weather, and it is why the season table separates what we expect from what we have logged and why the eleven- and twelve-day itineraries cross several weather systems. If we cancel the programme itself, the deposit comes back in full.
One thing we will not do is fly a marginal day to protect the revenue. That decision is where an operator's actual character shows, and in a country where the nearest trauma hospital is six hours from the launch it is not a close call.
