Group charter for schools and clubs
You have the pilots and the instructor. What you cannot arrange from another country is the ground.
If you run a school, a club, or you are the person your flying friends always end up organising trips for, this is the version of Kyrgyzstan that costs least per head and takes least of your time.
You bring six or more pilots and your own leader. He keeps his group, his teaching and his authority over flight decisions — we are not going to take his students off him, and any operator who tries to is not worth working with. We supply the part that genuinely cannot be arranged from abroad: vehicles and drivers who know which tracks exist, retrieval with the no-go valleys named on a map before each task, guesthouses, border-zone permits, radios, LiveTrack watched from base, and a local pilot at the morning weather call.
Why we would rather sell this than ten individual bookings
Because it is honest about where the value is. A school that already has trust with its pilots does not need us to sell them a trip — it needs a partner on the ground who will not embarrass it in front of its own students. That is a narrower job and we are better at it than at marketing.
How the money works
Quoted per group, because the per-pilot rate falls with size and any single published figure would be a lie for most groups. Dates fix months ahead against vehicles and guesthouses. A group that shrinks after booking changes the per-pilot price, and we say so at the quote stage rather than in an invoice.
What we will insist on
Every member of the group carries insurance naming free flight and helicopter evacuation, and we check the policy documents rather than taking a list of names. In a country where the nearest serious-trauma hospital is six to seven hours from Karakol, that is not paperwork.

Price on request
You already have the pilots. A school, a club or a group of friends who fly together brings six or more people and their own leader; we supply everything on the ground — vehicles, drivers, retrieval, accommodation, permits, radios, the morning weather call and a local guide who knows which valleys a car cannot enter. Your instructor keeps his group and his teaching; we remove the part that is impossible to arrange from another country.

Who this is for
Six or more pilots travelling together with a named leader who takes responsibility for flight decisions inside the group. We agree the levels and the retrieval zones with him, not with each pilot separately.
The honest version
This is the cheapest way to fly here per person and the least flexible. Dates are fixed months ahead against vehicles and guesthouses, and a group that shrinks from ten to six after the booking changes the per-pilot price. We say that at the quote stage rather than in an invoice.
