Retrieval and ground support
The one thing you cannot arrange from abroad, sold on its own.
Plenty of pilots do not want a guided week. They want to come with two friends, fly their own tasks, and not spend three hours hitchhiking out of a wheat field with 18 kg on their back. That is a logistics problem, and it is the single service that turns Kyrgyzstan from an expedition into a holiday.
What a retrieval day is
A 4x4 and a driver for the day, yours from 08:00 until the last pilot is picked up. Morning drop at whichever launch you choose inside the agreed zone. A radio in the car on your frequency. Your LiveTrack open on a screen at base, with someone watching it who will start the car before you land rather than after you call. A group chat for the day so the whole thing works even where the radio does not.
Where we go, and where we do not
We work the Chui valley, both Issyk-Kul shores, the Karakol valleys and the Suusamyr plateau. From the far end of Suusamyr a pickup takes 90 minutes to three hours. Several side valleys cannot be entered by vehicle at all, and the honest version of this service is that we name those valleys on the map in the morning briefing, before you decide your task. Anyone who tells you the whole region is retrievable by road has not driven it.
What it is not
It is not rescue. If you are hurt, the sequence is your insurer and the emergency services, and our driver helps. Anybody selling you "retrieval" as a substitute for a policy that names helicopter evacuation is selling you a story.

Tell us what you fly
Send your rating, hours, personal best and last SIV, and you get a specific answer — a route and a retrieval zone, not a brochure. A person reads it and answers within one working day.
Or just get the season report
One email at the end of each season with the flyable days we actually logged, and one more if the SIV course opens. Nothing else, ever.
